 Before joining our volunteer team, all volunteers must complete and return the ON3 Shiny First Steps Foundation Volunteer Waiver & Registration Form. This form allows us to collect your contact details, emergency information, volunteer interests, and your signed acknowledgment of our safety and liability guidelines.

How to Submit Your Completed Form:

✔️ Bring it with you to your first volunteer event
