Join the ON3 Shiny First Steps Foundation as we work to uplift young parents, children, and families in Houston and surrounding areas. Our volunteers play a vital role in helping us deliver resources, host events, and support families who need a little extra care. Whether you have one hour or ongoing availability, your time makes a real impact.

Volunteers may help with:

Baby & Family Resource Events

Setting up and organizing giveaway stations
Distributing diapers, wipes, clothing, and baby essentials
Assisting families during check-in

Donation Sorting & Organization

Sorting baby clothes, toys, and household items
Preparing care packages
Organizing storage areas for easy distribution

Community Outreach

Sharing foundation events with the community
Assisting with sign-ups, flyers, and outreach calls
Helping connect families to our nonprofit

Event Setup & Breakdown

Setting up tables, supplies, and decorations
Assisting with clean-up after events

Support Roles

Helping prepare materials for workshops
Packaging baby bundles
Light administrative tasks
